Walter Furstenau of Littleton Colorado

As two stranded out-of-towners, we didn't know what to expect when the tow truck dropped off our car at your shop. We thought that our trip was surely over when our transmission gave out on the bridge. We want to thank you again for all of the time and effort that you spent getting us back on the road as quickly as you did. We made it to Colorado and our car (83 Chevy Citation) is still running very well, as a matter of fact, it never ran better. It even passed the emissions test and will be registered shortly. You turned a bad situation into a very pleasant experience. We enjoyed our leisurely lunch at Smitty’s and touring the shops along the river. It was a nice way to spend the day. We don’t often take the time to do that sort of thing. This situation could have been awful, but you made it as nice as possible and we can’t thank you enough – not only for the lovely experience, but most of all for taking time from your busy schedule to assist us. It is obvious that your folks have instilled in you this kind of caring and professional work ethics that are not seen much any more. It is nice to know that there are still people that go out of their way to help others. Bless you and your family both now and in the future.
